Speed Only Training
This is an 8-week program by Ubrzati. This is the only one of its kind. Each session is 60 minutes of intense speed training. All Sessions are open to high school boys and girls. Athlete will go through an Overspeed protocol program. Overspeed training is scientifically proven to recruit new muscle tissue to enhance athletic performance. Overspeed training is when an athlete's body, or parts of their body, move at a rate of speed greater than their regular competitive speed. that in increase speed and power.
